02 NCAC 48C .0128          MINIMUM HYBRID STANDARDS

For seed labeled as hybrid, the minimum hybridity for field corn, grain sorghum and tobacco shall be 95 percent. For other kinds of seed labeled as hybrid, the minimum hybridity shall be 75 percent.
